2. Custom Orders

All Crown of Glory hats are custom-made and hand-stitched based on the details provided in your order form.

By submitting an order, you acknowledge:

• Custom orders are final sale
• Production begins once payment is received
• Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products
• These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Order Process

To place an order, customers must complete the custom order form and provide accurate information. Crown of Glory Custom Hats is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete order details.

Once your order is submitted and confirmed:

• Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
• Production begins based on the approved design details

4. Payment

All payments must be made in full before production begins.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors. Crown of Glory Custom Hats does not store or retain full payment details.

Failure to submit payment will result in order cancellation.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Pricing does not include shipping, taxes, or special customization requests unless stated otherwise.

6. Production Time & Shipping

Each hat is handcrafted. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided at the time of order.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our hats are custom-made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns & refunds.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless:

• The hat arrives damaged or defective
• The hat received is different from what was approved or ordered (e.g., wrong design, color, or size)

Any claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, branding, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Crown of Glory Custom Hats and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
